Color Powder Paint

These colors are available for all Rebelle products and are suitable for exterior and interior use.

Other colors are available to match RAL standards or to match a specific color sample.

Physical color samples of our standard colors or details about matching RAL colors are available through Rebelle's sales agents.

Process

Rebelle's powder painting process utilizes only polyester or urethane powders to ensure durability and permanence in outdoor applications. This process follows a documented Quality Assurance Procedure to ensure the longevity of the finish in the most rigorous of climates.

All Rebelle luminaires go through a five stage chemical treatment prior to paint application to remove all surface impurities.

All heavy cast aluminum or welded assemblies are shotblasted to 'near white' specifications prior to the five stage pre-treatment process to ensure that all surface impurities are mechanically removed before chemical treatment.

Following pre-treatment, parts are coated using an electrostatic process to allow for a consistent, even coating on all parts. After coating, parts are then transferred to cure in a high temperature oven bake process.

Testing

Paint production is continually checked to ensure adherence to strictly regulated quality control standards.
