The Quality System at Rebelle provides a structure for continually improving processes and satisfying customers’ requirements to help strive for the highest standards of quality. Each employee at Rebelle is a responsible member of our team and plays a key role in ensuring conformance to our Quality System.
Rebelle’s Quality Management System is registered by Intertek Testing Services NA Ltd. to the ISO 9001:1994 standard. ISO 9001:1994 is the most comprehensive of the standards. It applies to industries involved in the design and development, manufacturing, installation and servicing of products or services.
The ISO 9001 Standards set out a mandate for establishing, documenting, and maintaining an effective quality system that demonstrates a commitment to quality and the ability to supply the agreed customer requirements. The presence of an ISO 9001 Registered Quality System does not guarantee product quality but ensures processes integral to quality conform to the standard.
